     The shelf life of Bobang vacuum coating products is:
     External plating: The shelf life is 3 years;   the service period is 3-5 years.
     Internal plating: shelf life is 4 years; use period is 4-6 years.
     Each product of Bobang has a laser laser anti-counterfeiting mark, which is marked with the date of manufacture. If quality problems occur during the warranty period, Bobang is responsible for the free production of new products, which are replaced by the customers themselves. The cost is borne by Bobang. However, the total cost must not exceed 2 times the value of the replacement product. During any period of use, Bobon offers new products for free, but does not incur any other costs.
     If the customer finds that the product is damaged after unpacking, the customer will send the photo and warranty of the damaged product to the Bobon head office. Bobon will send the redo new product to the customer free of charge within 10 days.

1. Domestic transport packaging:

For short distance domestic delivery, using stable carton packaging.

2. International transport packaging:

Except delivery of sample with stable carton packaging, all products are packed in wooden boxes, to ensure the safety of the products in transportation.

Every product of Bobang company has hologram register label, on which marked the date of production, if there is any problem of quality inguarantee period, Bobang will take the responsibility. We will fabricate and change the new products for free, if the customer want to slove the problem himself, then all the cost can be taken by our company, but the total cost limit is 2 times value of the changed products. if there are any problem in using period, Bobang can provide the new products for free, but we will not be responsible for any other charges.
