This machine is a multi-functional folding and slicing equipment for the production of "40-120 large package stacked wet wipes and continuous draw-up wet wipes".

Ø Production process:

l Stacked wet wipes: raw materials on the machine → slitting → the width direction N, V folding-shaped folding →adding liquid → cutting → stacking → product output → product output-manual transfer to another packaging machine.

Ø Equipment configuration:

1. Adopt Delta inverter and PLC control system;

2. Automatic N, V folding and cutting;

3. Spray liquid adding mechanism (controllable water volume);

4. Automatic counting code material mechanism (can be set);

5. Non-woven automatic cutting mechanism (2 sets).
