Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We're a factory with our own export authority, which have 15 years experience of serving oversea customers.

Q: Some customers have some new item or part but can find in the website, can you product it?

A: 

1) we need images or artworks, samples you provide. If you have 3D artwork will help us to check faster.

2)Evaluating and considering product in mass production is workable according our equipment.

3) We will give you a detail quotation. A new item from tooling mould to a first sample just 45 days, some easy item will much faster.

Q: How do you ensure your product quality?

A: 1) We have a system quality control procedure, from incoming material, part, semi-product and final product 100% check.

     2)Material, semi-product, product function test by our professional machine .

     3)Our AQL standard is Critical: 0 , Major: 1.5, Minor: 4.0.

     4)If customer AQL standard higher than us, we can follow and ensure the quality also.

Q: How do you do with the claims?

A:1) For our design/production/package problems, Fucheng will take full responsibility. 

    2) For shipment problems, we have full reports to help claims with shipping company.

    3) Free replacements sent with your goods: such as cartridge, o-ring, etc.
