Performance features:
1. After the glass is loaded, it is automatically transferred to the transition stage for automatic acceleration, which reduces
the time for manual pickup and placement of the glass and the distance between the glass front and back.
2. Improve efficiency and avoid the safety of manual operation.
3.The transmission motor provides power and moves forward and backward on the track depending on the slider. The frame is equipped with a sucker arm, whose position is adjusted up and down.
4.The equipment is composed of four main parts: vacuum system, walking system,feeding system and lifting system.
5.The transmission speed is controlled by inverter, and the whole operation process is controlled by PLC.
6.The number of loading glass can be set on the human-machine interface.

1.For big machine and full container load, usually wrapped in stretch film.
2.For open top container load, put on top grade plastic overcoat and tarpaulin to protect the equipment from moisture and water.
3.For less than container load, iron frame fixed and standard export wooden case for optional.
