1. Introduction of radiator crushing separating machine

 

This radiator crushing separating machine is composed of a motor, a reduction box, a frame, a pressing roller, a blade, a nip roller, etc. The copper and aluminum of the radiator are separated by the cutting blades. The copper tube remains unchanged after separation, and the aluminum sheet keeps regular shape.

The radiator copper separator machine is suitable for dismantling and separating the internal copper and aluminum of waste air conditioners, old radiators, and waste water tanks, etc.

 

 

2. Principles of radiator crushing separating machine

1.start motor, the VE belt drives the compression roller, pinch roller and blade to rotate through the reduction box.
2. radiator is compacted by a pinch roller and sent to the fly-cutting blade. Then, radiator is cut with a fly-cutting blade, the copper tube is separated, and the aluminum mesh is cut.
kindly note the interval width of the radiator copper pipe is different, customer needs to provide the width and thickness of the radiator copper pipe. If the radiator thickness is 3-4 layers, a band saw machine is necessary.
