Electric power steering(EPS) for Electric Logistik system

As more and more electric forklifts are developed, the study on how to reduce the electric consumption of the spare parts has become the key element to increase the competitiveness of eletric forklift. 

Deco has developed several version of EPS for forklift. Hereunder is the model with brushless motor.

Other customized accessories includes input Shaft Coupling (Can be machined to fit your handbar ), Output shaft Coupling (Can be split to allow fitment to your Manual steering unit), Bracket(can be use to fix MGU to vehicle frame)

The electric power steering can be applied in various kinds of forklift.

How it works

  The EPS system can be added in the the existing steering system if there is enough space.

  A motor and torque sensor are integreted in the Motor Gearbox Unit(MGU).

  
  


• 
  

  The torque sensor monitors the amount of force applied by the driver.

  
  


• 
  

  This signal is fed into the EPS ECU where the motor delivers the appropriate amount of assistance to power the steering rack.

  
  


• 
  

  The vehicles speed and angle information can also be detected and sent to the ECU for advanced vehicle control.

Compare to hydraulic steering system:

  Lower eletric consumption. The motor runs when steering. When go straight, the motor consume tiny electricity.

Electric power steering package color or neutral carton package :

 

1 or 2 sets per carton;size of carton :43cm*42cm*16cm; Neutral white boxes and paper cartons.

 

If you have legally registered brand, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, 
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

 

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 
before you pay the balance.

 

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

 

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends 
on the items and the quantity of your order.

 

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

 

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

 

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
