Siemens industrial grade PLC controller and liquid crystal touch screen are used to achieve fully automatic operation. It

management.
13.High officiency and energy-saving
Large cold quantity unit adopts hal-scaling helcal-lobe compressor and economizer, which provides high operation ficiency. meanwhile imported brands of 316L corroson-resistant plate type heat exchangers of low-temperature grade evaporators and condensors are used, eloctronic expansion valve is used to obtain precise rogulation of rfrigorant, which ensures that partial load and full load of the unit can both be running in a high fficiency and energy-saving way.
14.Expediont energy rogulation
On the basis of the energy carried in the compressor, the specially equipped hot gas bypath can be regulated and achieve 10% to 100% stop-loss onorgy rogulation of tho unit.
15.Expedient installation and commissioning
Most units are integrated into whole body in the factory, in the factory, refrigerant is charged in and then a load test up to 8 hours is done to ensure that the user can start up the air conditioner on the site.(Special refrigerant test bed and secondary
refrigerant test bed are provided in the factory)
16.Critical low temperature refrigeration design is break through
The low-temperature-grade default refrigerant of binary overlapping unit is R23, and the lowest liquid-outgoing temperature is -75C, and in order to achieve -80C and -90Clow temperature, R508B rfrigerant should be used for low-temperature grade. Traditional designed critical lower temperature limitation can be break through to obtain the lowest usage temperature requirement.
17. Professional and skilful energy-saving operation plan
According to diferent demands of the user, cooling and freezing process are customized to provide professional products suitable for users. These products include: one refrigeration unit with several temperatures, which can meet the temperature requirement from -20C to -30C, also from -40°C to -80C, or from -50C to -80C and from -90C to -120C (they are not used simultaneously), and single-stage cold supply can also be provided to the user, or two-stage cold supply function is also given to the user, and running cost is saved to the fllst .For the cooling process from high temperature to low temperature, High Temperature stage of cascade unit will do precoling working to some setting temperature,then swith to the low temperature stage, fully saving the running cost. another example, to recover oil and gas or treat fresh air to a certain low temperature, for cooling and low temperature refrigeration can be adopted simultaneously, as this operation mode will save the user's initial cost and running cost.
Boiling point of liquid nitrogen under standard atmosphere is -196C, and its advantages include absolute low temperature,
simple system installation and less initial cost. Its disadvantages include higher running cost, high dependence on suppliers (in case of supply failure, production will be directly influenced), and potential safety hazard of memory device.
The lowest vaporization temperature of low temperature/ultralow temperature unit can reach -145C, and its advantages include
independent cold supply, no waste, low running cost, and power supply and cooling water are ensured, then reliable operation of the unit will be ensured. Its disadvantages include higher itial cost, and necessary routine operation and maintenance.
Cold quantity is roleased through latent heat of vaporization (liquid nitrogen changes into gas after absorbing heat) and so
during the process of cold-release (especially during the initial stage of cooling process when the temperature difference is great) violent vapouration phenomena is attended. This phenomenon will make the liquid nitrogen in the colled pipe exist in a steam and liquid two-phase mixed state and the liquid nitrogen will be unable to completely contact with the pipe wall of the heat exchange tube and therefore heat exchange fficiency decrease greatly. Low tomporaturo/utralow tomporature unit provide cooling source through socondary rofrigorant system, the rofrigorant is always in liquid state during the cold-release process, and heat interchanging area of heat-exchange coils inside the reaction
station is used to the biggest extent, and heat exchange ffciency is high and cold-releasing process is even and stable.
