Q How do I inspect my goods
A You can inspect by visiting our factory personally ,or ask third party to inspect ,or by picture inspection.
Q How much does it cost to ship to my country
A The freight cost will be given by our freight forwarder based on your Goss Weight and CBM.
Q Is there any tracking number for my item
A Yes, we ship every order with their tracking number, and you can view the shipment locations on the corresponding website.
Q Can I label or custom the shape of the products
A Yes, we can do OEM for printing and custom shape.
Q How to place my orde
A We are TRADE ASSURANCE SUPPLIER. After you confirm PI, we will email you a payment link , you can do the payment by this link. And you can place the order off-line by TT wire transfer.
Q How Can I get sample How much is the sample
A If we have the sample available, we can ship out it right away. If the sample need be customized, it will take us 5-10 days to finalize. For the sample cost, if we have it available, we just charge the wholesale price for it; if custom sample, the sample cost depends on the size of the product, the printing, etc., which need be negotiated. Some sample cost can be refunded accordingly.
Q What is the lead time for my order
A Normally, if we have the products in stock, we can get the goods shipped within 2-3 days. For OEM order, it depends on the order quantity, our regular turn around is 25-40 days after placing the order.
