Application

This machine is a stainless steel multi-layer plate and frame filter press. It is suitable for liquids with low viscosity below 50% and liquid with less slag content for closed filtration to achieve purification, sterilization, clarification and other fine filtration, deactivated carbon and de-particle removal. For semi-fine filtration requirements, the microporous membrane can be directly used, and the filtration can be achieved without microfiltration membrane filter. The machine has large filtering area, large flow rate and large application range, so it has a wide range of uses in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries, and is applied to the filtration of the injection liquid of the pharmaceutical factory, and the effect is very good.

 

 

 

Features

Except the motor, the machine is made of 304 or 316L high-quality corrosion-resistant stainless steel material. It is suitable for filtering various pH acid and alkali solutions. This machine uses pressurized closed filtration, with less filtrate loss, good filtration quality, and high efficiency. The filtering part is composed of ten layers of filter plates, which has large filtering area and large circulation; and can be replaced according to the different production processes of the filtered solution (primary filtration, deactivated carbon, particulate removal, semi-fine filtration, fine filtration). The membrane and the flow rate can appropriately reduce or increase the number of filter plates to make it suitable for production. Therefore, the machine has multiple application; the filter plate adopts flat thread mesh shape and has advanced structure. It does not deform and it is easy to clean. It can effectively increase the service life of various filter membranes, thus reducing and saving production costs. The stainless steel infusion pump equipped with this machine is equipped with small motor and consumes less electricity. The rubber wheel is mounted under the base, which is easy to operate and flexible to move.
