Features:

The short induction hardening and tempering production line series induction heating machine tools are suitable for induction hardening and tempering of various shaft parts. The machine tool consists of a bed, a transistor heating power supply, a high-temperature tempering power supply, a workpiece loading and unloading assembly, a heating sensor, a tempering sensor, and a cooling system. The PLC control system is used to automatically load, feed, heat, Parameter monitoring and record control. The short bar quenching and tempering production line series induction heating machine has the advantages of fast tempering, less scale, both tempering, and energy saving.
