1) Application field information of our product, E.g: For EPSON 1390 printer machine.

2) Machine size in application,  E.g: 160mm width of the Screw fixing point distance, or Conveyor belt width 500mm. 

3) Wavelength of the photosensitizer in the application materials.

4) If you are using to replace existing UV LED, please send us the details information of the current UV LED.

5) Some other special request, such as the input voltage, plug style, package, and etc.

1) About packing, we will use standard industrial packing, PE bag, LDPE plate, carton box and PE film wrapped outside. If you have any special request, please do me a favor to let us know.

2) About shipment, we can use international brand Express or logistics. For sample orders, I suggest to ship by express for fast and safe. For mass order, we can delivery by logistics through Alibaba networks, or if you have any logistic partner, we can cooperate.

1) About samples, delivery 5 working days after 100% payment received.

2) About mass order, depends on quantity, 100-500 units order takes about 15-20 days after the deposit received without customization on specification. New ODM project takes about 35-40 days before shipment.

2) Please issue sample order first before mass order to confirm the compatibility of the system.

1) We provide 24 months after-sales guaranty for our fan cooling product and 12 months after-sales guaranty for our water cooling product. This rule not meaning water cooling system worse quality than fan cooling. Just because the water cooling system needs more attention, otherwise it will cause improper human damage due to water shortage.

2) During the warranty period, we provide free repair and replacement services for defective products that are not caused by human or improper operation. The freight charges are each one-way.

3) We provide online technical support 24 hours 365 days to help customers solve emergency problems.
