Q1: Can I have a sample for testing?:

A1:  Yes, of course. You can buy sample for testing. We have confidence in in our products.

           But sample price will be a little higher than the cargo. 

Q2:  What is the shipping cost for a sample ?

A2:  Usually the sample would be sent by air, the cost is about US$450-600 for each one.

           The shipping cost will be returned if a large quantity later on.

Q3:  Can I add my logo on the electric bicycles?

A3:   Yes,OEM is available for us.

Q4:  Do you provide any warranty?

A4:   Usually two years on frame, one year on motor .Spare parts would be sent if problems.

           And we are willing to solve any problems for customers even if out of the wattanty. 

Q5: Do you have inspection procedures for electric bicycle?

A5: 100% self-inspection before packing.

Q6: Can I have a visit to your factory before the order?

A6: Sure, Welcome to visit our factory. Our factory is located in Taicang, an hour drive from Shanghai.
