Exposure Machine Introduction
Exposure Machine vertical iodine gallium lamp plate printing machine is suitable for Magnesium Plate,
Zinc Plate, Copper Plate, Steel Plate, Printing PS plate and so on.
This exposure machine uses iodine gallium lamp light source, which has excellent characteristics such as stable color, high light efficiency and long life. The control system adopts full-automatic program control, with clear display and accurate timing.
It has become the universal printing machine of choice in the printing plate-making industry.
There is a curtain shade when printing, so as not to burn your eyes.

Exposure Machine Working Principle
The process of transferring the information of negative or positive negatives to the printing plate by means of
contact exposure. Specifically, it is the work of copying the graphics and text on the film, sulfate paper and other
carriers with higher transparency through exposure to the Magnesium Photoengraving Plate, Zinc Photoengraving Plate,
Copper plate, Steel etching plate, PS and resin plates coated with photosensitive materials through exposure .

Chemical Etching Process
How to finish a good etched dies?
1. Exposure: Exposure machine power should be above 2kw; exposure time no less than 300 seconds. Use of 21 step sensitivity guide and 9~11 range exposure is recommended.
2. Developing: Use NaOH solution, suggested solution temperature is 21-29℃.
3. Touch up: Examine the developed plate for flaws and touch up as needed.
4. Descumming: Put finished plate into 3%-5% (Volume) nitric acid solution, use brush to clean the plate surface. Apply Arabic gum evenly on the plate surface after cleaning with water, and then the plate is ready for next step etching.
5. Etching bath preparation: Prepare it for different etching plate accordingly.
6. Etching settings: Set the etching data for different plates.
