1.  Q: Can we get samples?

      A: Samples are available for quality check and market test.

2.   Q: What is delivery time?

      A: 1-2days for samples order. 7-12days for quantity order.

3.   Q: How does your factory do regarding the quality control?

      A:  we have a strong quality control team to guarantee our quality. 

      The quality control system: IQC→PQC→FQC→OQC. 

      Every process will be checked strictly.  

4.  Q: Aging Test

     A: All the goods has at least 8 hours’ aging test 100% before sending.

5.  Q: Do you have any for led light order?

     A: 1 pc for sample checking also available, low MOQ can be acceptable.

6. Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?

    A: DHL,UPS,FedEx, TNT: 3-5days.

     During the guarantee period, we will send new goods with new order for small quantity. For 

defective mass products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
