1.Function details

The source of radium ultrasonic welding equipment is composed of intelligent ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer. The ultrasonic generator converts low frequency alternating current into high frequency alternating current, and converts electrical energy into high frequency vibration mechanical energy through a transducer. When the welding head acts on the contact surface of the thermoplastic, it generates tens of thousands of high frequency vibrations per second. High frequency vibration transmits the ultrasonic energy to the welding area through the upper weldment, and the upper and lower weldments in this area. installation steps

(1)After fixing the transducer and the die head, install it in the work area on site.

(2)Plug the male connector of the connector on the transducer with the female connector of the connector connected to the generator output (OUT).

(3) Connect the aviation plug to the control end of the ultrasonic generator and tighten the screws on the plug.

(4)Connect to single-phase 220V±10%, 50/60Hz power frequency AC.

Fault alarm information

Alarm status and description

(1) Output overvoltage alarm: the "output overvoltage" fault is displayed in the running status bar of the main interface;

(2)Output over-current alarm: the running status bar of the main interface displays the "output over-current" fault;

Operation method after alarm

During the use of the user, if the generator alarm is encountered, please be sure to turn off the power supply, After removing the fault, power on the generator again. If it is determined that the cause of the alarm is caused by a generator failure, please contact a professional or factory directly.
