Manual Type High Vacuum Gate Valves
CC-A Manual Ultra-high Vacuum Gate Valve uses a handle to drive steel ball shelf ,to perform valve plate open and close action,fold plate by spring force , open then exit. It is used to put through or cut off the air passage in ultrahigh Vacuum system. Applicable medium can be pure air and noncorrosive gases.

Pneumatic high vacuum gate valves
CCQ pneumatic series ultra-high vacuum flapper valve is powered by compressed air, change the direction of air passage through the solenoid valve, push the cylinder piston, via a transmission lever (pull) motion link mechanism drives the valve plate to move axially achieve open or close the valve plate, so as to achieve the purpose of switching on or off the air flow in ultra-high vacuum system. In the structural design is reasonable, beautiful in appearance, and has a smooth operation, small size, flow rate, reliable, good sealing performance and long life, etc., it can be widely used in ultra-high vacuum equipment. Suitable working medium is clean air and non-corrosive gases.
