Please provide the detais of your requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you the
offer at the first time. For designing or further discussion, it is better to contact us with trade
namager of  alibaba, Skype, E-mail or other instance ways, in case of any delays.

2. How can I get the price?

Usually we quote our best price within 12 hours on receipt of your inquiry.

3. How long can I expect to get the samples?

After paid the sample fee and send us confirmed files, samples will be ready in 5-7 working days. The  sample will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days.

4. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
Free for stock sample to check the design and quality, as long as you afford the express freight.
For printing sample, advanced sample fee $49 is required.
It can be fully refunded if the final quantity of bulk order is over 10,000pcs.

5. What kind of files do you accept for printing?

CDR, AI, PDF ect and we also can design for you by free.
