Traction battery 80v 400Ah Industrial Electric Forklift Battery Pack LFP support customization
80 volt forklift lithium battery with capacity of 400Ah,it's assembled by lithium Iron Phosphate battery cells,continuous working current can reach up to 200Amps.The LiFePO4 batteries' lifespan is over 3000times, has much longer cycle life than traditional SAL/Gel/AGM batteries.Built-in BMS,can customize CANBUS/Bluetooth and other functions, can monitor the working status of each battery cell by online PC.Also support LCD design to see the battery's parameters(like voltage,current,temperature,high-voltage,SOC,etc.).

Our Normal Packing:
1)SLA replacement batteries and light weight batteries,are usually packed in single carton(per piece in 1 carton), protected by foam from top and button.
2)For heavy high voltage/high capacity batteries,are usualy packed with wooden frame for safe delivery.
OEM packing:
Since we're direct factory,we also support package customzition.While reach the OEM QTY,we can design and make according to your requirements.
Delivery
1) Sample order
Normally,the samples will be delivered by express(DHL,Fedex,TNT,UPS) or Air depending on different products. Large scale batteries will be probably delivered by ship.
2) Mass order
Air,Ship for selection,will deliver according to clients' decision.
3) We have got UN38.3,MSDS and other shipping port certificate.

Yes,we can supply samples in 5-7 days depending on different product items and clients' requirement.
For normal in stock product,2~5 days; For customized product,3~7days depends on requirements.
