Product Overview
This whole plant consists of 10-head weigher, 8-working station type automatic pouch offer packing machine, support frame platform etc. The packing machine will finish a series of packing material feeding, weighing filling, pouch offer, opening, vacuum, sealing, date coding function.
All parts is SUS304 comply to food safety grade. The working principle is automatic combination weighing filling vacuuming sealing, this will make the weighing much accuracy and higher packing speed. Widen Application This plant is design for packing food, vegetable, fruit, potato chips, fried snacks, popcorn, frozen food etc. It is suit for all type of pre-made pouch: zipper pouch, flat pouch, gusset pouch etc..

[1]Control System: SIEMENS PLC; SIEMENS 10 inches colorful simulation touch screen; Delta variable frequency drive system; Schneider and OMRON electric appliance;SMC electromagnetic pneumatic system.
[2]Pneumatic Speed Compensation System(QSC):This system is Guangyuan original system, and solve the problem of pneumatic system delay.
[3]Gear and CAM drive: the main drive of this machine adopts gear drive and CAM drive, and the working surface is all heat-treated, which greatly improves the service life of the drive system and the stability of the whole machine. Important CAM groove CAM mode, the cancellation of the reset spring, no longer have to worry about spring fracture damage to the equipment.
[4]Self-locking structure of mechanical claw: the original self-locking structure of mechanical claw completely subvert the previous way of spring providing clamping force, completely eliminate the bag spring, greatly reduce the force of opening claw, reduce mechanical wear and improve service life.
[5]Flexible mechanical drive system. All the hard points of the machine are flexible buffering, so that the whole machine is running very smoothly, effectively protect the service life of the parts.
[6]Split-type body: the only split-type and fully processed body in China, the rocker arm and support seat inside the frame are all made of stainless steel 304 material, which is guaranteed for life.
