Introduction of NDT Concrete Rebar Scanner:

1.      It can scan the location and distribution of rebar, measure rebar’s concrete cover meter and diameter of rebar in bridge, tunnel wall and other constructions.

2.      It can detect ferromagnet and conductor like electric wire, heat and water pipeline, cable etc, in non-ferromagnetic media, such as in wall or floor, and find their distribution and location.

3.      It can measure the quantity of reinforcement when renovating an old building.

4.      ZBL-R800 NDT Multifunctional Rebar Detector can test the rust or corrosion of rebar.

Features of NDT Concrete Rebar Scanner:

1.      It has unique 4 Wheel probe, for fast and reliable rebar scanning on large structures.

5.      As the instrument probe comes closer to the rebar, the signal strength bar increases –When on top of rebar, the instrument automatically locks the thickness value of cover.

10.   Data transfer to USB-thumb drive is available.

12.   Software provided for data processing of corrosion potential data is very user-friendly.
