Overview
This screw-on capping machine consists of a cap elevator and an automatic spindle capping machine. The unordered cap is automatically sorted and placed in the bottle mouth and then capping. It has high capping speed without damage the cap and has high efficiency. It widely uses in the screw capping of plastic bottles.Main Features
1-The screw cover is adjustable in tightness and does not damage the cover surface.
2-It has strong applicability. You only need to adjust the small parts of the device to fit different specifications of bottles and round caps.
3-The human-machine interface touch screen and PLC control system make the equipment stable and easy to operate.
4-It has the function of no cover or no bottle and no capping.
5-It has the output detection and rejection system. Automatically reject the bottles with twisted cap, anti-cap, or without aluminum foil.
6-It arranges cap pneumatically to avoid noise pollution and reduce power consumption.
7-The capping wheel pressure is adaptive to avoid damaging the caps or not tightening the caps.
8-It is fully compliant with GMP requirements.
