Product Description

Working principle:
The raw materials are added to the cylinder at one time, mixed or injected into the working container, and the raw materials and the adhesive are added to the working container at one time, and then mixed into a soft material, and then chopped into granules.
Structural characteristics:
Hybrid chopping devices are available in two speeds.
1. Set the granulation time according to the granulation process, mix and chop the I and II speeds, reach the time, and the
machine will stop automatically.
2. The lid is opened and closed, which is light, convenient and reliable.
3. The sealing part of the mixing and chopping device and the cylinder are easy to clean.
4. The motor that drives the mixing and chopping device is interlocked with the discharge valve and the opening device. Only when the discharge valve is closed and the cylinder cover is closed, the motor of the mixing and chopping device will work. Otherwise,it will not jobs.
5. The mixing and chopping device is operated in one direction.

Main Features
1. With consistent programmed technology (man-machine interface if option selected), the machine can get assured of stability in quality, as well as easy manual operation for convenience of technological parameter and flow progress.
2.Adopted frequency speed adjustment to control the stirring blade and cutter, easy to control the size of particle.
3. With the rotating shaft hermetically filled with air, it can prevent all dusts from compact.
4. With a structure of conical hopper tank, all material can be in uniform rotation.The tank is laid with an inter layer on the
bottom, in which water cooling circulation system featuring higher thermostatic performance than air cooling system is furnished,which leads to improve the quality of particles.
5.With automatic lifting of the pan cover, the tank outlet matching with drying device, self-equipped arm-ladder, it is easy to
operate.
6.Lifting system with paddle is more beneficial to clean paddies and pot body.

Working Principle
The powder raw material and adhesive in a cylinder are fully mixed at the bottom to become a humid soft material. Then it is cut by high-speed cutter and become uniform granules .
