- Yes, we are factory and have own sale office.

2.Could You Provide Samples & What's Sample Delivery Time?
-Yes, sample order is workable for us.The detail cost will base on the detail address and the volum of the sample.Sample time takes about 18-25days.

3.What's your MOQ, and do the price related to the quantity?
-For long term cooperative customers, no limited on MOQ.

4.How to know the shipping cost to my country?

-If you want to check the shipping cost pls tell us how many pcs and how the your products detail size and your detail address or domestic port that we will help to offer you the shipping options to chose.(FOB,CIF,DDP,by sea/air/express(DHL,UPS,Fedex,ARAMEX,EMS etc.)

5.Mass production time?

-It takes about 25-30days.Larger quantity will take a bit more time.

6.Where is your factory?How can I get to your factory?
-We are locoated in Guangzhou Baiyun District, 25 mins away from Baiyun Airport.

-We can pick you up from 1)your hotel  2)Baiyun Airport 3)By metro line 14 to Zhuliao Station.

7. What payment terms you accept, and usually do?
We usually accept and do TT payments,30% deposit in advance, and the balance before loading or after check goods..

8. Will you pack the goods with assembly instruction? because we don't know how to assemble them?
Yes, we put the assembly instruction into the package. If you still don't know how to assemble, you may consult us.
