The brake shoe is constituted of high-density, pure aluminum alloy by casting under 180T full automatic manipulator die-casting machine. The surface of the brake shoe goes through antiseptic treatment and sand blasting with premium stainless steel, and ends up with the high temperature passivation. The procedures improve the products' appearance and ward off fracture and slip situations while guaranteeing the pore-free and high-density internal quality.
The brake pad is made from new friction materials on a special formula, fit together through full automatic spray technology, and solidified in automatic temperature control ovens. The wear resistance, fiction property, bonding degree and shear strength of our products all well exceed the National Standard. Our brake pads feature super high temperature resistance, skid resistance, recession resistance, noise free, pollution free and stable performance.
