1. Are you manufacturer or trader?

   We are the direct manufacturer. All the endoscope cameras are designed and produced by 

    our own factory. We own our technical department and production workshop. Therefore, we 

    can promise you competitive price, high quality and best after-sales service.

 

2. Which kind of endoscope your camera could connect?

    Our camera is with C-mount coupler, which could be connected with almost all kinds of rigid 

    endoscopes. We could provide different sizes of coupler to fit for different endoscopes. The

    coupler sizes available are F16, F18, F20, F22, F25, F28. We can also provide the flexible 

    coupler for the flexibe endoscopes. 

 

3. Warranty  

    The warranty period is 2 years. 

    We could provide the spare parts for free within 2 years for non man-made problems.

 

4. Shipping 

    For order within 5 sets, we suggest by Express or Air Shipping. 

    For order over 10 sets, we suggest Air or Sea Shipping. 

 

5. Delivery

   1- 5 sets: 5-7 working days 

    5-10 sets: 7-10 working days
