How To Use Face Ice Pack Hot Cold Pack
Instruction:
1. For cold use : Place it in the refrigerator for about of 1 hour, or in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
2. For hot compress: There are two ways to make it hot:
1) Put it in Microwave Oven before use;
* 700 Watt Microwave: 60 Seconds
* 1000 Watt Microwave: 50 Seconds
* 1250 Watt Microwave: 45 Seconds
2) Soak the pack in hot water for 8-10 minutes or until it reachs a comfortable therapeutic temperature.
