Product Description

SVR 5 is a quality natural rubber. It is produced wholly from field latex. Field latex is preserved with ammonia or sodium sulfite. This is type of rubber which production process is the same SVR 3L grade. The field latex is coagulated with formic acid, and then make crumbs by passing through a crusher, some creepers and a shredder. After the dried crumbs are cooled and then compressed into blocks.

SVR 5 (equivalent to technical rubber TSR 5) is a high quality natural rubber, in the form of crumb rubber, common in preliminarily processed rubber and produced by many factories in Vietnam. The main source of raw materials for SVR 5 natural rubber production is latex. Raw latex is divided into two main sources: rubber fields owned by state-owned companies and latex from smallholders and traders.

SVR 5 is produced entirely from latex of garden plants according to Vietnamese standards (TCVN: 3769). Latex is preserved by ammonia or sodium sulfite. The rubber is then coagulated with formic acid, followed by shredding by passing through a rolling mill, washing system and hash. After the crumb rubber is dried, it will be compressed into blocks and packed in polyethylene bags. SVR 5 rubber is a light coloured rubber with a low content of dirt and odourless.
