Machining services
We design and proofread drawings, concepts and samples provided by customers and provide samples for customers for review, verification and confirmation.
We have been constantly improving production process and optimizing production machines and moulds for main products in order to improve production efficiency and quality stability.
We also focus on quality control in production process,professional IPQC will regularly do first article inspection and random inspection during production and write down corresponding records according ISO standard.
We also have an OQC, who will do inspection for all the parts shipped out for customers and write down corresponding inspection reports, and then guarantee the parts quality effective

A2: | Every process will be checked by our quality inspection department which insures every product's quality. In the production of products, we will personally go to the factory to check the quality of products. |

A3: | Our delivery time is generally 30 to 45 days. Or according to the quantity. |
Q4. | What is your payment method? |
A4: | 30% value of T/T in advance and other 70% balance on B/L copy. For small order less than 1000USD, would suggest you pay 100% in advance to reduce the bank charges. |
