Can I place order and make payment directly?

Yes, we support online order for standard model products. We have made exact calculation on the price and shipping cost which vary with different quantity. So the price display in the page is correct for online purchasing directly. Of course, you can also send email to us for further confirmation if you are still worried on this.

If I have OEM requirements or have some other special requirements, how can I place the order?

If you have OEM requirements or special requirements or you are in huge demand, please contact us by email or phone directly. We will reply you within 12 hours and provide you proper solutions or quotation.

Are your samples free or need cost?

We provide free sample for product value under 20USD, but freight collect. And the sample and freight cost can be deducted in your first order.

How long can I expect to get the sample?

If the samples model are in inventory, we can make shipment immediately. But for delivery time, it depend on which shipment solution you have choose. Usually the delivery time is less than 10 days by express such as DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS.

How long is the lead time for my order items?

If the item you purchased is standard model in inventory, considering our inventory quantity and some other customers' demand, we can make shipment within different days vary with different demand quantity.

501 ≤Order Qty. ≤ 1000,    within 12days.
1001 ≤Order Qty. ≤ 3000,  within 20days.
3000 ≤Order Qty.,  please confirm with us, usually it will take around 30 days.
