Silicone Heating Plates beneficial to take out liquid and coagulum from drums easily by heating, such as adhesive, oil, asphalt, paint, paraffin wax, oil and various resin raw materials in the drum. It can make viscosity of materials descending and uniform by heating the drum, and reduce the power of pump. Therefore, the heater does not be restricted by seasons, and can be used throughout the year.
The heating element is a Nickel-Chromium or Copper-Nickel alloy wire, this resistance is embedded between two layers of silicone impregnated glass cloth, making drum heater. A fitted stainless steel spring makes the mounting easy.
A dial thermostat graduated from 30°C to 150°C allows the temperature maintenance adjustment. Or digital thermostat 0--280 degree C can adjust and display temperature as your need.The drum heater is weatherproof.
