Sicilian snack that has its roots in the tradition of nougat reworked in the laboratories of Bacco srl, lightening its preparation. The result is a crunchy light and crumbly sweet pastry with an intense flavor, ideal for nibbling in front of the computer, on TV or while reading a book.

Ingredients: pistachio 50%, glucose syrup, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats, whole milk powder, sugar, dextrose, emulsifier E322.
