1. Can you custom the color and size?
Sure indeed,we have professional design team and mold workshop to meet your demands on different projects.Please contact us for more details.

2.Is it possible to print my logo on your products?
Yes,we are only can use print but also engrave your logo on products by CNC machine,and filling the raw material which will make your logo not easy to fade.
3. How is your factory production capability?
ETB factory has a full production line including automatic casting line, Cutting line, Polishing line, CNC Line, Infrared bridge
cutting machine, Water jet machine.We can manufacture products up to 6000pcs per month.
4. How long does delivery take usually?
After receive the deposit:
- Sample order:within 10-15 days;
- 20FT container: 20-25 days;
- 40HQ container: 30-35 days.
5. Is it possible to visit ETB factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?
Sure,we warmly welcome you to visit us. It is about 1.5 hours’ drive away from Shenzhen.
We can arrange our driver to pick you up in Shenzhen/Guangzhou airport.
6. Can you arrange samples to allow me to check color and quality?
Certainly,we can provide free samples to let you check color and quality before purchasing.
