2.Exact tolerances of the tamperhead shoes and the insert allow efficient and precise assembly.
3.Highest possible milling and case hardening techniques produce an excellent mould.

Specifications:
1. Our molds produced adopt the most advanced wire cutting process.
2. The plates use Q345B plates (16 manganese). After precise carburizing process, the hardness of the mold is enhanced and the lifespan is longer.
3. The lifespan can be reached 100000 times even more.

We can do any size you want according to your drawing.
