In-Sales Service1. Managing contract review carefully to make sure the supplied products meet customers' requirements; communicating with customers and delivering their information in time.
2. Delivering products on time according to contract requirements. The Marking Dept. will contact customer to inquire about the products inspection situation after products arrive there. Dispatching professional technician for installation conducting and testing till the equipments run normally and providing technical training service if customer requires.
After-Sales Service1. We will give an answer within 24 hours if there is any quality problem of the products, the technician will be dispatched to solve the problem on site within 48 hours (same province) (3 days for other provinces).
2. Quality guarantees are carried out for all products, we will take the responsibility and perform the contract strictly if any quality problem occurs during the warranty period, and we will provide spare parts and maintaining service for the machines beyond the warranty period.
