But it wasts the water largely. And when it's not enough water providing, using the smelting furnace is not very safe alone.

1、Water Inlet: Prepare a container to store water (tap water), use a PVC tube to connect inlet container. Make sure there is adequate water in the container, which keeps the machine to work normally and continuously. Water consumption is 0.7L/min.

2、Water outlet: Used water goes out from this tube. The water will be heated when machine is working, the water in this container can not recycle to use. To start another melting pocess, please replace it with new water of normal temperature.

Advantages of water cooling machine:
With water cooling machine, the water can be recycled and more safe, and it can protect the smelting furnace better. Only put 4 liters of water full of water chiller, it can be used half of month. But for more safety, we advise check the water chiller every 3-4 months from upper cap whether there is enough water inside. If not enough, refill rom upper cap until it's full.
Attention of water cooling machine:
1、Water cooling machine is an optional part. The smelting furnace can also be operated with the water pump hanging behind the machine. Without water cooling machine the machine can be automatically stop heating.
2、When first time use, add 2 liters water from the upper cap of the water cooling machine. Total water capacity inside is 4 liters. If not enough, refill rom the upper cap until it's full.
3、When the room temperature is high (more than 35 centigrade degrees), the normal water temperature will increase to 35-40 centigrade degrees.
4、When the inlet temperature of the water chiller exceeds 80 centigrade degrees, or the outlet temperature exceeds 45 centigrade degrees, the smelting should be stopped immediately and the smelting furnace's working switch should be closed. Keep the water cooler open and wait for more than 2 minutes.After the inlet and outlet water temperature drops, turn on the working switch again.
