A: Generally, it will take 3 days after receiving your advanced payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q2: What is your terms of payment?
A: We could accept payment methods such as trade assurance on Alibaba, Paypal,Western Union, Bank transfer, Wechat and Alipay. With large order quantities, you could pay via T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.

A: We could check for you if you could offer us the model, year and dashboard picture of your car.

A: EXW, FOB, CIF .

A: We have CE, FCC, RoHS NPS certificates.

Q6: What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q7: How do you ensure of your product quality?
A: We have a strcit set of quality control system and follow the international standards when manufacturing. Before delivery we would test the products 100% again.
Q8: What is your warranty policy?
A: During 12 months ,if there is problem on software, Bosstar would offer it to upgrade, if problem on hardware,Bosstar would send parts for  replacement. Plz note:All the problems mentioned here  are not defected by human actions.
