Q: What's your warranty policy?
A: For all the products, we have 12 months warranty. All of our goods are 100% tested working and perfect before sent to you. In case there are unexpected damages during delivery, please do check before you sign for the package.
If you have broken boxes,you can collect them together and send them back to us by post/mail,we will try to repair them for you firstly, if can not repair, we will send you the new motherboard to you to change it.
Q: Will your product work in my country?
A: All of our products are compatible to the international standards, please be subject to the type of network in your country(the band).
Q: What's your charger standard? Are they available in my country?
A: Usually we have EU plug, US plug, UK plug and AU plug. Please let us know your charger standard when you place the order or send the inquiry.
