NUCLEARSIGN® backlit flex constitutes vinyl surfaces and inner high tenacity polyester yarn.

NUCLEARSIGN® backlit flex highlights by its translucent semi-glossy finish, optic ice blue color, better light diffusion, dimensionally stable construction, patented formula lacquer process, 7-8 grade ultraviolet stabilizer, and self-cleaning properties.

NUCLEARSIGN® backlit flex with following physical properties: 23 to 27mil thickness, seamless widths from 39" to 196", reel length 25 yds, and 50 yds. tensile strength 640/460 ( weft/ warp, n/5cm), tear strength 130/110 (weft/warp, n), and peeling strength 40 ( n/5cm),

NUCLEARSIGN® backlit flex has gone through special hot lamination and lacquer manufacturing process and provides 3-7 years application guarantee. Backlit flex is mainly used in illuminated advertising, lightbox advertising, shutter bus stations advertising, backlit sign, backlit display, backlit awning, canopy fabric, etc.

NUCLEARSIGN® backlit flex is adaptable to piezo 2d eco-solvent inkjet process, 3d uv curable inkjet process (white ink), hp latex inkjet process, screen printing process, offset printing process + uv lamination, lithographic offset printing, etc.

NUCLEARSIGN® backlit flex applies to letter mounting, trim, kiss cut, die-cut, grommets, overlap hem, tap, overlaminate, and another type of finishes.

BACKLIT COATED FLEX
NUCLEARSIGN® NL-BF series backlit coated flex is developed by a 2-axis knife coated technology manufacturing process, with ultra tear strength and tensile strength properties. Backlit covered flex is served with airport backlight solution, metro terminal backlit solution, and other premium backlit sign occasions. Delicate flex faces bring vibrant and stable color gamut by the high-resolution digital process.

PET BACKLIT FILM
NUCLEARSIGN® PET backlit film is designed to the giant lightbox display system, and maximum widths up to 126". Depending on the high-resolution digital printing process, especially UV curable printing process plus white ink application, NUCLEARSIGN® PET backlit film could lead to an impressive visual impact from any viewing angle. NUCLEARSIGN® PET backlit film consists of 350-micron thickness, 100% PET recyclable web materials, and given B1 flame retardant, super light diffusion, stable ink-receptive coating process, non-curling properties.

BACKLIT FABRIC
NUCLEARTEX® NL-TB-210 back-lit fabric is 100% polyester fabric for premium frame backlit display solutions. 210g/m2, width in 60" and reel length in 25 yds. NUCLEARTEX® NL-TB-210 goes on disperse dye sublimation ink, hp latex polymer ink, and hybrid UV curable ink.

SCRIMLESS BACKLIT FLEX

NUCLEARSIGN® NL-BF series scrim less backlit flex also goes through special hot lamination and lacquer manufacturing process. It is similar to the NUCLEARSIGN® NL-BL series backlit laminate flex, and the difference is only invisible patented pigment white pet yarn. With this nova feature, NUCLEARSIGN® scrim less backlit flex bears ultra-light diffusion property, which compared to backlit pet film, and cost less than backlit pet film.
