Aluminum Anodized Machine is applicable to metal aluminum ceiling, curtain wall panel, aluminum plastic panel, fire prevention panel, honeycomb aluminum panel, aluminum veneer, electrical panel, cabinet panel, furniture panel, etc.

1.Main technology description:

1-1. Mechanical and chemical surface treatment: The metal shall be polished and degreased,through quality analysis and inspectionand,surface preparation for subsequent process.

1-2. Anodic oxidation A thick layer of aluminum oxide, or anodized oxide, is formed by the method considered.Adsorption oxide film.This is a prerequisite for adsorption coloring.
1-3. Coloring Dye molecules are deposited in the porous structure of the anodic oxide film.

1-4. Hole Sealing Seal the pores so that the dye is fixed in the oxide film.
