Q1: Are you a factory?
A: Yes,we are a factory focus on infrared thermometer.
Q2: Sample Order? Sample Fee?
A: We do required you to pay for the sample and the delivery. And if you are satisfied with the sample, and plan to place a bulk order, we will refund the sample fee in your coming order.
Q3: OEM service?
A: We can print your brand on the package and the device. If you want to make changes on the function of the device and the accessory, please feel free to contact us.
Q4: Warranty?
A: Our products have the warranty of 2 years starting from the day of delivery. If the the defect is due to our acts during the production, we will replace the defective products with new products.
Q5: Lead Time?
A: For samples, it takes max 3 days to prepare it.
For any OEM parts, they probably will take 30 days to produce. Once we receive full payment or deposit, we will start the production right away.
