1. PVC
- The qualities in direct coating process range from 300gsm to 1200 gsm
- Standard widths are 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, 3.2m,5m (can be customized, MAX width: 5.1 m)
2. Yarn:
- Differet thicknesses range from 300Dtex to 2200Dtex with the most common being 1000Dtex
- The tear and tensile strengths as well as most of the stability of the product is determined by the fabric
- Full panama weave or half panama weave
3. Test Method:
- Weight (DIN53352)
- Breaking Strength (DIN53354)
- Tear strength (DIN53363)
- Adhesion (DIN53357)

Yes, we offer samples, the small piece of sample is free, the finished items need to be paid. And the freight is paid by customers' side.

4)Can i visit your factory?
Yes, warmly welcome! Our office is in Shanghai, and factory is located in Haining, which is about 90 minutes by car from Shanghai.
