Similiar products can be made by 3D technique drawings or original samples needed.
Color can be made by Pantone code or counter samples. Logo and packing also acceptable. Pls send yr artwork in editalbe AI or PDF files. Pls contact with us to proceed and confirm.
4. Can we get samples? How about the costs and freight?
Samples are free, but freight collect (in this case, let me know yr express collect AC, TNT, FEDEX, DHL, UPS any one of them is ok. or you arrange the picking up issues )or prepaid to us to proceed. Let us know yr detail postal address(w. zip code), contacts name, Tel. , Email, even yr Tax ID for better and smoothly custom clearance when receive samples pacakge.
5. Do you accept Trade Assurance service?
Yes.
6. How about the payment?
For trial order by courier it will be under EXW, Payment prepaid. if need us arrange transporations, freight will be confirmed
before shipment. While for amount more than USD4000 official order , it will be under FOB Shanghai or Ningbo; 50%deposits then balance payment before shipment. Small order payment prepaid via Alibaba trade Assurance order or by paypal.
7. Lead time.
For on sales items, without customzing services, Shipment can be effected 3-15d after payment recevied.
For official items, below 1000000units 40-60d after deposits received and all necessary order details confirmed.
For special developed projects,we need 30-40days to make mold and do testing, then 50days after samples final confirmed.
