The extruder using the special designed single screw making the product foaming well. 3. Screw material: High quality alloy steel-38GrMoAlA, after high-temperature nitriding, nitriding deepth: 0.5-07mm, the surface hardness HV740-940. 4. Barrel temperature control though two section, the cast aluminum ring heater provide the hot temperature while the cooling fan with the help of air control the temperature zone.

Melt-blown fabric equipment introduction and main parameters The whole set of melt-blown equipment consists of main engine, heating system, lubrication system, hydraulic system, cooling system, electrical control system, etc. The main engine is mainly composed of screw extruder, filter device, metering pump, melt-blown die head assembly, receiving device and rolling-up mechanism.
Melt-blown nonwovens is the most core material of mask, melt spraying cloth mainly USES polypropylene as the main material, the fiber diameter can reach 1 ~ 5 micron. The microfiber with unique capillary structure increases the number and surface area of fiber per unit area, so that the melt spray cloth has good filtering, shielding, insulation and oil absorption.
Melt-blown nonwovens can be used for air, liquid filtration materials, isolation materials, absorption materials, mask materials, warm materials, oil absorption materials and wiping cloth and other fields.
