Wireless connection via Bluetooth BLE4.0 / ANT + protocol, suitable for: bicycle computer, most popular smart phone apps (requires IOS9.0 or above or Android6.0 or above), sports watches. Compatible with the computers or watches from : Garmin, Polar, Bryton, Sunnto, Appe, Cateye, Wahoo. APPs currently tested: Cateye Cycling, Strava, Samsung Health, Zwift, etc.

 

2. [How to choose a wireless connection mode]

 

ANT + connection mode: Icon + digital number displayed; Bluetooth connection mode: Icon + device name: Meilan-HRM. When your computer supports only one connection mode,you need to refer to the specifications given by your computer manufacturer to select the correct connection mode. Garmin, Bryton, Polar and Wahoo those devices only support ANT+ connection to the sensors.

Wearing method.

 

1. Snap the heart rate sensor onto the heart rate belt, please make sure all parts buttoned up.

2. Apply a small amount of water to the electrode area of the heart rate belt before wearing to make it more fit to the skin; dry skin, especially in winter,It may cause inaccurate detection during wearing. You can apply a small amount of water or after exercise sweating, it will get better off.

3. Wear the heart rate belt on the chest, close to the skin, under the chest muscles, and connect the hook to the other end;

4. Adjust the length of the elastic band to your comfortable wearing state;

5. Make sure the electrode area is close to your skin, so that the sensor is at the front and the top is facing up;

 

Battery maintenance

1.  Please remove the heart rate sensor and the chest strap when not in use;

2. The chest strap is regularly maintained and rinsed. Rinse with clean water. Do not machine wash. Dry it naturally.

3. Please remember to remove the built-in removable coin battery to save battery life if you plan not to do cycling or excises for a long time.
