         1.   Can your capsules compatible with the nespresso coffee machine

               Answer : Yes, they can work well on nespresso coffee machine.

          2.   Can I get samples before place orders ?

               Answer :  A . Sure, the samples can supply for free, but shiping charge will be supplied of 

                                    Express account such as FedEx , DHL , TNT , or UPS  and so on.

         3.   Why aluminum foil capsules come with silicone ring? 

              Answer : It is for water leakage. With the silicone ring, the capsules work perfect and the water

              can drop smoothly. It is more stable than foil capsules without silicone ring 

         4.    Is OEM provided ?

                Answer :  Yes, the special size, the shape with LOGO , and packing box, sticker all can be          

                                produced as customized.

         5.   How to cover the capsules? 

                Answer :    A . We provide foil lid to cover the capsules. But it require the heat sealing machine

                                 B .  Heat sealing time: 150 -200 centigrade degree.                                            

                                 C.   Our foil lid can sweel after good sealing 

         6.    Whether the aluminum tray can be put  in microwave ?

                 Answer :  Yes, but please take note of of following:

                                   A .  Keep it open;

                                   B . At least 80% food volume to be fill tray; 

                                   C . The tray should on the center of turn table;

                                   D . Keep tray away from wall of microwave; 

                                   E . Use one tray per time.

         7.    How to pay ?

                 Answer :   30% down payment , the balance 70% will be paid before delivery , or L/C at sight .
