Characteristics:

    This rail cutting machine is light so can be operated in hand.

    The grinding wheel spindle can oscillate around the two spindles of swing arm of clamping fixture, so the contacting length between abrasive disk and the cut object is always short for high-speed cutting rail with less power. After fixing the rail clamping fixture, the machine can be inserted on both sides of rail to cut rail to cut rail from two sides with fully overlapped seams for enhancing the availability of abrasive disk.

    The clamping fixture is installed with needle roller bearing with play free and easy to be fixed on rail because of less weight of 5.4kg.
