KHGC series Enclosed Head type pipe orbital welding machines can be used for tube outer diameter from Ф3-Ф180mm tube-tube automatic welding at all positions. It is especially suitable for welding carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and titanium alloy thin-walled tubes.

Advantage:

1. Mature technology, sealed welding, weld pipe perfect. Used the maxon servo motor adapt for small space; The welding head can be rotated continuously and don't need the spot welding joint. 

2. Welding accurate. Using IGBT inverter dc pulse and TIG power supply with the advanced control technology to ensure the finished product is perfect.

3. 7 types of welding heads to adapt different requirements. Customer could choose the welding head according the pipe size and your space. You also could buy some different heads to cooperate the control system for cost saving.

4. Digital programming and LCD touch. The system store could have 100 different process specifications and each one can be divided into 6 sections. You can used it anytiome.
