Brief Introduction:

NANBEI Lab VIP series is the latest design of intelligent water purification system. It takes tap water as feed water, produces pure & ultrapure water. It has design of visual interface and humanized operation. It’s the best partner for advanced laboratory in life science, analytical chemistry, electronic information. 

 

System Description:

1. Housing is made from ABS environmental material, and with IP54 protection class.

2. Circulation pump works automatically to prevent from the second time pollution, and guarantees resistivity 18.2 MΩ.cm@25°C.

3. Optional function of remote mobile dispense device can be chosen. 

 

 

System Function:

1. Double password for factory and user, to prevent from revise without authorization.

2. System has USB port to copy, download, print and store data.

3. System has cortex-M3 kernel microprocessor and large LCD color touching screen, can store data within for 5 years and be viewed at random.

4. System alarms when lack feed water, leakage and output water is not qualified.

5. Voice broad cast to know working status visually.

6. Online monitor and display RO membrane pressure, inlet volume, water cost volume, real-time water level in tank, raw water quality, RO water quality and ultrapure water quality, etc.

Dispense at fixed volume 0.1-50L, accurancy is 3%.

 

 

Water Treatment:

1. Alarm for filter replacement to guarantee stability of purification function.

2. Ultra purification columns are with modular and integrated design, special inner pressured structure can enhance purification efficiency and reduce working cost.

3. Online monitor feed water, type Ⅲ water, type Ⅱ water and type Ⅰ water. 

4. Pipelines can be disinfected by pill to control bacteria content. 

5. Pure Water Tank is designed with cone bottom which is easy to clean. There are air filter and immersion UV part in pure water tank to control bacteria content.

Guide to Buy: 

1. Feed water TDS>150ppm, an extra water softening apparatus is suggested.

2. Feed water TDS>250ppm, model Kertone Lab VIP-DS+Kertone Lab MINI-D are suggested.

3. In area where heavy pollution for feed water, an UF filter is suggested to control SDI within 3, and extend lifetime of consumables.
