A1: Yes, we will according to your idea do the design drawing, and produce it after you confirm the design drawing.

You can choose by boat to the sea port, by air to the air port or by express to door.

By boat to sea port is about 30 days

By air to air port is about 7-10 days

By express to door is about 5-7 days

Q4: What is the delively time?

A4: If you just by the sample, the delively time is about 7-15 days after you confirm the design srawing.

Q5: What kind of guarantee you give ?

A5: Our inflatable games can be used more than 3 years. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products.

A6: It is included inflatable games , blower ,PVC bag, and glue and some materials.

A8: Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products ,and you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop or Coredrew

Q10: How do you start the order?

A10: Our order step is

1. You confirm the product details first, such as the size, the color, the logo, the quantity and so on

2. Then I according to your requirement to do a quotation

3. After you make sure the quotation is no problems, I will do the PI and send you

4. You can according to the PI information to transfer the 50 deposit or full payment

5. After we received the deposit or full payment, will let the designer do the design drawing for you

6. After you make sure the design drawing is no problems, we will start to produce it

7. After finished the produce, will do the 24h quality test, after pass the quality test, will take pictures and send you.

8. After you make sure the goods is no problems, we will ship it as soon as possible
