Q: What is tinplate? Are these printed tinplate safe for food stuffs?
A: Tinplate is steel plate coated with a fine layer of tin for protective purposes.
    It's a high quality safe packaging material with food grade varnishing for food stuffs, such as cookies, candies, chocolate, etc.
Q: What's the type of printing?
A: It's offset printing with CMYK 4C or PMS. Custom artwork is printed on a large metal plate firstly, then cutting into small pieces for stamping and formation.

Q: What is so-called MOULDS?
A: Mould is widely used in the manufacturing field, especially in producing tin boxes, we are not supermen who can twist the tinplate into various shapes, but moulds can do this job very well! The moulds will be tightly placed in the punching machines, tinplates can be punched into the desired shapes there.
We have many years experience in manufacturing tin box, there's over 2000pcs moulds stocked in our plant, but that's not enough to catch up the customer's unconstrained thinking, we have to create new moulds to meet client's requirements, the mould charge comes at the same while. It is not cheap, and that's why we usually recommend the similar boxes to our new customer for saving the cost.
The mould charge will be refunded to the customer when the order's amount reach to a certain number accordingly.
Q: Which field can your tin product  be used in?
A: Our tin box can be widely used in food packaging (but do not make them contacted directly, it better has some inside packaging to separate them) like cookie, biscuit, chocolate, candy, etc; Festival promotion gift, Stationery holder, coin bank, Medicine packaging, Cosmetic container, and many other field.
It can highly increase the sale, and the tin can be recyclable as storage box, decoration or other use.
Q: How can I get a sample?
A: Existing sample is free for you for checking quality.
     You just need supply us your courier account (FEDEX, DHL, UPS, etc.), free sample will be pack- aged well and sent to you within 3 working days.
     Sample fee is necessary if you require sample with your own design.
Q: Which format of artwork is workable in your side?
A: AI/PDF/CDR format is acceptable. The fonts, which's NOT WINDOWS system in-built, that used in your artwork should be sent to us at the same time, the software version should be noted to us as well.Before that, we will send you free die-line to help you making artwork.
Q: What's the MOQ of your product?
A: MOQ depends on the size of tin box you need. Generally speaking,5000pcs is enough. At the same time, will need more qty if tin box is too small.
Q: When will the boxes be shipped to you?
A: 30 working days by ocean after the deposit received and the sample get confirmed.
